This software is released for the purpose of enabling additional research into Jyotisha. It is written entirely in C# (managed code), and links with the high precision Swiss Ephemeris for the backend calculations.

Those who want an end-user product should use the Jagannatha Hora software.

Those who wish to modify the behaviour of dasas etc, and have a good grounding in computer programming may find this program useful.

The feature list is available as a word document.

One feature which has not yet been implemented is support for North Indian diamond style charts. Only South Indian and East Indian charts are supported at this time.

In order to run the program, you must first install the .NET framework v1.1 redistributable available from microsoft.com. This is a large download (23 megabytes). The software will not work without the framework.

Each download is 2+ megabytes.
