Requirements

The .NET framework 3.5 is required to run this tool. If you do not have it, please download it from this location.

Installation

The program requires ~70 Mb of disk space. When you first run the program, it will prompt you to generate a database. To do this, it will again prompt you to download the data file from the Cologne website. It will then process the data into a database for fast searches.
